Full description
We begin with pick-up from hotels in Bariloche and head north through the town of Dina Huapi and across the Limay River bridge, joining the legendary Route 40. Following the shoreline of Lake Nahuel Huapi, we make our first stop in Villa La Angostura, a charming mountain-style village.
We then continue along the famous Seven Lakes Route. Surrounded by mountains and lakes, we make several stops along the way to take in the scenery first-hand. We pass Lakes Espejo, Correntoso, Villarino, Falkner, Escondido, Machónico and Lácar, arriving in San Martín de los Andes around midday.
There is free time to explore the town and have lunch by the lake before beginning the return journey along the same route. After a final stop in Villa La Angostura we arrive back in Bariloche at approximately 7:00 p.m.
This is a full-day tour covering approximately 360 km on a fully paved road. Ideal for anyone wanting to discover some of Patagonia's most spectacular landscapes in a single excursion combining nature, mountain villages and scenic routes.

How long is it and how far do we travel?+
It is a full-day tour, roughly 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., covering about 360 km.
Do we tour Villa La Angostura?+
No. The first stop in Villa La Angostura is a technical one, for restrooms and snacks. If you would like to visit the town, we recommend the Villa La Angostura & Cerro Bayo tour, or the Circuito Grande.
Can it be used as a transfer to San Martín de los Andes?+
Yes, for an additional fee. In that case passengers are dropped off at their hotel on arrival. One suitcase of up to 15 kg per person is allowed. Please enquire about the fare difference.
Is the road unpaved?+
No, it is fully paved.
