Full description
This is the most traditional tour in Bariloche — an engaging journey where the city, forests, lakes and mountains blend into a single landscape.
Heading west along Bustillo Avenue, we begin one of the most beautiful and complete excursions offered by Nahuel Huapi National Park. It is a half-day tour following the southern shore of Lake Nahuel Huapi, covering approximately 65 km in total.
Along the way we pass beaches such as Playa Bonita and Bahía Serena, and natural viewpoints like Bahía López and Punto Panorámico — undoubtedly the ideal spots to admire the stunning scenery. From there you can see Llao Llao Bay, Puerto Pañuelo and Victoria Island, among other fascinating views. You will also see the Llao Llao Hotel and the San Eduardo Chapel, both distinctive attractions for visitors.
One of the main stops is Cerro Campanario, reached by chairlift. From the summit you get a 360° panoramic view, one of the most complete in the area: major peaks such as Cerro Catedral, López, Capilla and Millaqueo, as well as the Blest Arm, Lake Moreno and El Trébol Lagoon.
It is ideal for first-time visitors who want to see Bariloche's most representative landscapes in a single excursion. It can be combined with the Cerro Catedral tour or with the afternoon cruise to Victoria Island and the Arrayanes Forest.
