The lift system covers the route from the Lower Station at 800 m above sea level to the Upper Station, at the summit of Cerro Otto at 1,405 m, over a distance of 2,100 metres.
The Panoramic Deck is one of the most visited areas, offering spectacular views of the southern sector of Lake Nahuel Huapi, the Patagonian steppe, the Ñireco, Carbón and Ventana hills, and the entire city of San Carlos de Bariloche. At more than 100 square metres, it is a must-see viewpoint for all visitors: the landscape changes noticeably with each season. It features comfortable armchairs and benches for taking in the vast surroundings.
The exclusive Rotating Café turns a full 360° in 20 or 40 minutes — its two preset speeds — at an almost imperceptible pace, while visitors enjoy a variety of dining options.
There is also an Art Gallery featuring full-size exact replicas of three works by Michelangelo Buonarroti: David, the Pietà and Moses, alongside souvenir and regional product shops.
Additional services available at the mountain: designated sledding slopes with banked curves of varying difficulty, snowshoe walks accompanied by a mountain guide, a zip line for guests aged 8 and over, and a 7-metre climbing wall open from age 5.
